About Us Who is Ertan Karamehmetoğlu? He grew up in Germany and studied machine design, took technical teaching formation at night school and received pedagogical training. After 7 years of Jiu-Jitsu self-defence training in Germany, he received 4 years of Psychology training and experience as a professional Police Coach. He has been working at Siemens for 33 years, including 7 years at Siemens Regensburg Headquarters in R&D International Relations, Quality and Project Management. Since 2011, he has been responsible for the Business Excellence department as a Lean Manufacturing System Consultant. After 2015, he was appointed as a Senior Key Expert by HQ as an international production technologies consultancy and from 2019 to October 2022 he was Quality Plant Manager at Siemens Gebze site and was also responsible for a quality initiative in all Siemens business units in Turkey. Who is Emre Kose? As a child, he was very interested in new technologies and loved building and programming his own robots using Arduino sets and 3D printing machines. Emre, who attracted attention with his superior talent and intelligence, wanted to start a business as a young entrepreneur after graduating as a electrical and electronics master in vocational school. Although he started out as my assistant, his incredible interest and curiosity will make him a well-known and sought-after advisor in lean and technology consulting. Our Social Activity at Üsküdar University Aware of our social responsibility, as EKMO Consulting company, we organized training courses in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Üsküdar University, where we passed on our knowledge and experience in the field of quality.
